DESCRIPTION: A typical gall that mainly occurs on the leaf margins producing blistered, bulged wrinkled growths that start green before turning reddish and becoming brown with age. The larva found inside start whitish before becoming orange. DISTRIBUTION: Widespread but lacking in records to be sure of the true range of this species. HABITAT: On the leaves of various Buttercup species. |
